Fate's Guild Rules.

The following are the rules we have in the guild.

General Rules:

- Be a active guild member,
Members that are inactive for extended periods of time with no explanation will not be allowed to come to raids, however, removing of members will not be the first course of action.

- Guild website activity,
This is required from all members, we post usefull information on the site, also this is the ONLY place where you can sign up for raids, We do not use any kind of ingame system for raid signups. It is in your own best interest to use the site.

Raid Rules:

- Raid signups,
This is required to be done prior to the signup deadline as set for the raid, If you are unable to make a raid for any reason, it is your responsibility to cancel your signup, a note may be nice to add.

- Singing up for raids, the only acceptable place to sign up is the guild website.

- All raid times are server time.

- Not signing up for raids will result in your raid spot being given to people that did sign up, however, you are able to sign up to raids up to 1 hour before the raid on the guild website, this is the ONLY place you can sign up for raids.

- Gearing requirements need to be met prior to being accepted into any role in a raid, for exact requirements please see class forum sticky.

- Not showing up for raids you signed up will get you -40% DKP(Effort).

- Not showing up for raids you signed up will get you raid barred for 4 weeks(This means raid leaders will not be accepting you into any of the guild run raids.)

Loot Rules:

- Master looter will be enforced at all times.

- Loot will be given based on DKP.
You are required to have the correct addons to be able to bid on an item, not having the addons will result in not being able to bid, and not being able to get an item.

- At times loot may be given out to a member that needs loot more than someone else, even if they do not have enough DKP to bid on an item. however this will put the member in question on negative DKP.

- Trail Members are not eligible for loot for the duration of there trail period. Minimum effort will be enforced, this is currently set to be the equivalent of 2 Full Naxx 10 runs.

External Requirements

All raid memebers are required to have at least the following addons in order to be part of the raid:

- Omen(Or similar addon)

- DBM

- DKPmon(Bidder) http://files1.guildlaunch.net/guild/library/68936/Bidder_3-1-1.zip

- DKPMon(Bidder EPGP) http://glmods.guildlaunch.com/guild/library/68936/Bidder_EPGP3-0-0.zip

- Guild Launch Profiler http://files1.guildlaunch.net/guild/library/68936/GuildLaunchProfiler-00-09-12-BETA.zip
This is required for you to be able to update your own trade skills/achievements on the guild website, i suggest you update your profile at least two times a week, if your skilling up lots of tradeskills.

- Ventrilo needs to be installed and working(i.e. You must be able to hear the raid leader)

These rules are subject to change without notice, please check back here from time to time to make sure you are up to date with the rules. Its not an excuse to say you didn't know about the rules.
